Knowing God

Can we know God personally?

The answer to this question is yes! God has made each of us for a purpose perhaps best summed up in the gospel of Matthew when Jesus said:

”Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind” and ”Love your neighbour as yourself.”

Matthew chapter 22 verses 37-39

Knowing God is far more than an acceptance that he exists – it is a choice to live a life where we put God first, then others and ourselves last. It is choosing to love God and others more than ourselves.
