Things
Most people would agree that having things is an important part of life. There are many ‘must haves’ which may be clothes (especially designer labels), cars, homes, furniture and any number of other things. It is interesting that frequently the longing to have what we have not yet got is seldom satisfied once we have what we longed for. Very quickly we long for something else.

Is there more to life than filling our lives with things that are unlikely to bring any more satisfaction than the things that we longed for previously and now, in many ways, take for granted?
